What about the rep and set amount? Also is it a good

Charles is expert. I wish I could have seen this
video years ago when I was busting my butt with counter
productive work that has my joints hurting me now at

Unmatchable insight and training series with premier
personal trainer Charles Glass here, for free. I have
watched this series over and over, so crammed is it
with terrific tips and technique. I get a kick out of
all the people in the background, with poor form,
paying no attention to the valuable lessons being
taught right in front of them.

When I did this I noticed my Lats were sore the next
day. I could really fill it in my shoulder while I was
doing the exercise though.
