Ahhh. So these are the correct techniques. Great
video. Thank you so much. One question: how many
reps at a time when lifting, please? I am a beginner
and am lifting 5 pounds for 10 reps then a break
between each set of 10 reps; total of 40 reps per set.
This is what I was taught when joined gym. Not sure
how many to do. Thank you.

Bouncing bar on chest. And form shouldn't be personal
unless you have injury. Stopped watching this video at
5 min. N00bs don't watch this. Watch the exercise
videos and read the articles.

Great video with thorough explanation for each
exercise. Thanks guys!

I liked the explanation on the difference between the
Press & the Fly. I wish you would have explained how
to warm up the rotator cuff before jumping into the
shoulder exercises. Otherwise, great Job!!

How many sets and reps per exercise? Pyramiding weight
or what? I liked the video but didnt hear anything
about what kind of sets to use for bulking, cutting, etc.
Maybe enextime they could focus in on those subjects.
Really like the video as a whole.

very nice, you guys always do a great job. I would have
liked to see a little less chest and a little more
shoulder movements. But otherwise Good stuff.
