@Prostock69: Those egg whites are pasteurized
which means all the bacteria are killed and its safe to
eat. (When you buy them in those containers, they're
almost always pasteurized)
safe? I prefer chicken tenderloins too. The only thing
I can't stand about them is the veiny thing that sticks
out on one end.
I'm just curious how in the world does he find the time

eat one of those!

isn't much nutrition in corn to begin with. Anyhow,
thanks for the tips and all, Christina. Count your

thaw the veggies? Or are they already thawed by meal
time. Never thought to not cook frozen veggies - great

but i just didnt like it. Believe it or not, ive never
though of boiling my frozen chicken, I've always tried
to bake it...as to seeing why they are almost dry
everytime I cook it. It looks like all the products in
this video are from trader joes? I love the tenderloin
and roasted corn. I also picked up the frozen white
corn for a bit of a change here and there. What do you
feel about getting the big ole Tyson pack of
tenderloins at costco? It is more cost effective for
me, but i dont know if they are more procesed than the
TJ ones. Ive noticed that some of the Tyson chicken
taste almost manufactured rather than ..like chicken.
Thanks for this video!

in the video that is how Mark likes it, otherwise put
in the fridge the rice is crunchy and no fun to eat.
Also, zapping the rice in the microwave will kill just
about anything.
