the bent over rows and the dead lifts. I am excited to
try these exercises now!
big.."
Seriously dude? Upgrade your profile
picture before you decide who is big. Loblinger is
big. I use straps when I feel it it isnecessary to get
out a few more reps and build what I am working on.
Thats okay, you keep being tough and I will keep
getting bigger.
for bodyweight pull-ups? If your grip gives out it's
b/c you don't have forearm endurance. Forearms
endurance is one of the biggest things that has
contributed to my success in the gym. I never use
straps. I also don't bodybuild, I prefer athletic
conditioning.
do. just hurting yourself the more times you use them.
its just a crutch, if you always use it your just
weakening your grip. using them with 135lbs on bent
over rows is ridiculous as well. breathing in while
you curl up and exhaling as you do the negative is the
dumbest thing ive ever heard too.
are a Wealth of knowledge and no matter how many times
I hit the Gym and watch my form I always come back to
your Vids and try to make it stick in my mind and as
far as straps go in my honest opinion it's all common
sense you know your Body better than anyone else if you
know the Body part your working out can handle the
weight but your Grip can't then by all means use the
damn things!! After all that's why they were invented!!

the cap backwards, he does it, the first thing i
noticed. he's just asking for trouble while he does it
this way.
help to a newb like me. Also good work on keeping up
the american tradition of hats in gyms!
bicepts. When i wana hit my forearms I do hammer curls
and dumbell wrist curls on arm day, its called body
building. not marathon forearm building ^^
Bodybuilding not power lifting, Bodybuilding is about
varying degrees of volume and time under tension, using
a over and underhand grip can in rare instances cause
tearing of the inferior tendon of the biceps from the
humerous or complete rupture from the radious do to the
proximal tension being divided between both heads of
the biceps the hand with the palm up is succeptable to
slight shortening of one of the heads trying to
supinate causing one of the heads to distally support
all the weight next thing you know Bicep Tear, better
safe than sorry Over hand Grip is safer use straps when
necessary and warm up properly plenty of careers ruined
and or put on hold do to tears. Lift safe, lift smart.
an palms opposite. Sure, your first few workouts, your
grip will fail first, but after that you will get used
to it. A strong grip is key for lifting and real world
applications.
