3:28 "don't arc your back"....well look at the guy with
the cap backwards, he does it, the first thing i
noticed. he's just asking for trouble while he does it
this way.

Good vid guys, love the detail you put in, its a big
help to a newb like me. Also good work on keeping up
the american tradition of hats in gyms!

I use straps for everything even E-Z bar curls for
bicepts. When i wana hit my forearms I do hammer curls
and dumbell wrist curls on arm day, its called body
building. not marathon forearm building ^^

There is nothing wrong with using straps this is
Bodybuilding not power lifting, Bodybuilding is about
varying degrees of volume and time under tension, using
a over and underhand grip can in rare instances cause
tearing of the inferior tendon of the biceps from the
humerous or complete rupture from the radious do to the
proximal tension being divided between both heads of
the biceps the hand with the palm up is succeptable to
slight shortening of one of the heads trying to
supinate causing one of the heads to distally support
all the weight next thing you know Bicep Tear, better
safe than sorry Over hand Grip is safer use straps when
necessary and warm up properly plenty of careers ruined
and or put on hold do to tears. Lift safe, lift smart.

Don't ever use straps. Use a reverse grip, palms facing
an palms opposite. Sure, your first few workouts, your
grip will fail first, but after that you will get used
to it. A strong grip is key for lifting and real world
applications.
