Leadpipe, your an idiot. I read your profile. If a
woman likes you because of your muscles then a : She's
just as shallow as you are or b : You are seriously
personality deprived. If weighing 220 pounds, lifting
heavy weights and having big muscles is your biggest
goal and accomplishment in life, I truly feel sorry for
you. Bodybuilding is UNNATURAL. There's no need to be
bulky like that. Bigger isn't better you morons. I
understand that only the strong survive, but we don't
live in the jungle, we live in a society where our food
is mass produced and provided for us and we just
purchase it. So the purchasing power is what makes you
strong in this society.Buddy in the video has weak
knees from bobbing too much, and tight glutes from
squeezing fat sausages between his cheeks. Your all
super duper freaks with no muscle between your ears.

I really like these videos. I've been lifting for a few
years, but I like getting new ideas about routines and
learning tips on the different exercises. I also like
the program design -- it looks to be a very effective
way to take advantage of gym time. These videos have
only been out for a day, but I bet they'll be quite
popular before much longer. Thanks!
