I usually make around 2 cups of oats followed a shake.
Usually 3 times a day at least. I just don't mix it all
together like him, and i obviously eat way more oats
than his half cup.

vex i'v heard that its around 25 gramsfor WHEY except
PWO becuase it has such a fast digestion rate, i think
with whole food, or casein or anyother mixed protein
its higher.

Can the body actually digest all that protein at once?
(I remember reading somewhere, 30 at a time. Except
morning and post workout.)
