I believe that this is incorrect form for a front squat. It seems that the demonstrator is leaning forward at the hips and looking downward, instead of keeping his back arched and held at a position almost perpendicular relative to the floor. This probably means he is rounding out his lower back, which is unsafe and ineffective! Also, if there was any real weight on that bar it would probably roll right off of his shoulders and hit the ground.
