food and weight training with sufficient intensity
allows me to keep a six pack while building muscle.
Even when I want to really get cut, I see better
results by reducing my caloric intake and I increasing
the intensity and volume of my weight training than I
do if I implement cardio. The fat comes off just as
fast and the lean tissue loss is minimized.
