to help yourself. Imo don't move from the assist pull
up to the standard pull- up until you can pyramid up 1
pullup, 15 sec break, 2pullups , 15 sec break, 3, 15
sec break, 4,15 sec break, 5, 15 sec break,4, 15 sec
break,3,15 sec break,2, 15 sec break,1. that's how i
started and in about 5 months went from 2 pullups to
