ummm.... I can go both ways on this: I love seeing his unique style, but I would have to agree... 5min of frying bacon is a bit much. Now if it had been edited a little differently: ie showing him making a whole breakfast, or just more cut scenes... I dono, this guys awesome though!

Payne_train17 , when your palms face each other, it isolates the front delts. Try it sometime. Oh and it doesn't damage your shoulder joint. Don't comment on things you clearly don't know about.
Wow riveting stuff, Maybe i should apply for my own video series where i don't do weird side front laterals and don't cook bacon for 5 minutes and i bet ya it's better than this. I mean palms facing each other for side raises????? Thats no good for your shoulder joint and completely and utterly pointless.

Ok I'm sorry but this was quite possibly the worst video I have ever seen..... It's a guy making bacon.... for five minutes..... from only one camera angle.... a really bad camera angle. I know Kane's videos are a bit odd at times but this was just boring.
