can be illustrated by my dad. He worked 31 years in a
chemical plant and has now been retired for 10. He is
64 years old (65 in April) and only weighs 5 pounds
more than when he retired. His secret? Getting the
sugar out of his coffee, eating 2 meals and 2 to 3
snacks daily and staying active around the house with
the "honey-do" list provided by my mom. Eat smart,
stay active and live.
old, I was over weight and now I am getting ready to
finish my first year of training and eating right
(started at 280 and now down to 215) I have become a
fan of the sport bodybuilding and it has inspired me in
way's I have over looked my whole life. I love hearing
about the past and how bodybuilding has become what it
is today. You are a true pioneer and an insparation to
millions, and I am first in line of that million
people. I just wanted to thank you for making the
decision you have made in your life and giving up your
time to complete strangers. May God continue to Bless
and walk in strides along side you in life. Thanks
again man and keep bringing us Ric Corner!!!!!!
