The video is very inspiring, but politics aside he DID
NOT DESERVE FIRST for whoever said that, it was his
first olympia and he placed 4th which was great, but
Jay won the show from the first second and everyone
else was just competing for second and I am not even a
fan of jays physique,

Truly opened my eyes to the lifestyle; I have a new
found respect for Kai as well as the life of a Pro

Kai is the realest pro out there!!!! Nobody can open up
about his inner turmoil with a disappointing placing
and articulate it as well as Kai can. This is the best
bodybuilding documentary I've ever seen. Mad props to
Mike Pulcinella for putting it together.

wow this documentary was amazing..i watched all 5 in a
row..Kai's mindset is intense..Ive never seen anyone so
focused and in sync in training..he trains his body
mind and spirit..almost like bodybuilding is his
religion..very motivational..i have become a fan after
this..i would give an arm and a leg for a trainer like
Oscar!

thing is when you're an elite athlete there is no great
accomplishment, there is only victory. Kai is never
going to be someone who can accept a great
accomplishment. I think thats the reason he's going to
be the best anyone seen.
