I think this method would be more prone to injury.
Your muscles need that 30 to 60 seconds of rest in
between reps. You would deplete your glucose levels
too rapidly with this method.

But new ideas
are what keeps exercising interesting. Well done!

thank u for the workout but in our gym there is no wide
decline chest pres machine can i do those machine
presses on a decine dumble press..
and the flies
in options can i try on a incline, flat, decline bench
..

Tried this workout yesterday and it wiped me out.
Coundn't get my arms to stop shaking. Had to lift way
lighter than I thought. Probably will keep lifting
heavy most of the time but will probably throw in a
week of Quantum every 4 or 5 weeks to mix it up. I
would like to see some examples of free weight
exercizes to substitute for those of us who work out at
home

Description:
Episode #1 of the Quantum Body Method. Mike's upper and middle chest are targeted for improvement with pyramided incline and flat presses on the smith machine followed by a wide grip machine decline press with pushups for lower chest. Finally a giant set of 3-position cable flyes rounds things off. On to biceps, it's EZ curls for the warm-up, immediately to blood-pumping standard and alternating hammer curls, finishing with reverse curls.
