good idea on the mushrooms gonna try theat next time! i
am cooking them now, they smell awesome. took me 5 mins
to throw together. used hot pepper and hot sauce in
place of a few of the spices. i halfed the recipe bc i
only boguht1 pack of meat 99% fat free turkey breast.
my stats came out to 108 cals, 4g carb, 18g protein,
made 8 balls (muffins) LOL. guess depends on the type
of meat and size of the muffins

What do you think about substituting turkey for tuna?:)

I just made these tonight. Not even two minutes after
getting them out of the oven, the hubby snagged them.
He is super picky, and really liked these. Thanks!

I made them last night with bell pepper instead of
celery. They are so delicious! Thank you so much for

We don't have the non-fat non-stick cooking spray in
Germany, so what can I use?

Omgoodness!!! I seen this today and HAD to make them. I
added carrots and fresh jalapenos. Mmmmm! They were
SOOO good! Thanks Jamie!

Just made them <3 I skipped the mustard and had an
extra stalk of celery - they came out very nice ^^
Thank you soooo much for the recipe!

The only
thing is it's quite spicy if eaten on their own, but
with some veggies it's fine <3

These are delicious! Sometimes I add in some carrots,
cauliflower or other veggies to change it up. Easy to
make, easy to take, and enjoyable to eat! You've got
to try them.

I've made this by dividing recipe in half, using 1 lb
of bison for one batch and another lb for turkey
breast. I thought it came out awfully dry
unfortunately, but it did have a good flavor. I am
trying them again with bison but I am adding olive oil
to the batch. I'll see how these come out. Thank you
for the simple and tasty recipe! I love how easy and
portable it is.

These were great! I added ketchup and Worcestershire
sauce on top before baking. They have a nice kick.
Filling and satisfying.

I was making just plain turkey patties before... pretty
bland. These Turkey Meatloaf Muffins are 100X better.
I just add a hand full of ground flax seed to give them
some extra fiber and Omega-3s. Do you think it would
be ok to do a half lean ground beef and half lean
ground turkey or do you think that would make it gross?
I'm trying to add some red meat into my diet to "bulk
up". Thanks again for the recipe!
