LOVE IT!!! What a great way to change up turkey! Keep
it interesting! I love bell peppers instead of celery. |

I'm so glad you guys like these! They are a life saver
when I travel! @ljones101 - You'll have to thank Jackie for me! :) She's awesome and I know she follows a really strict diet. @doweremj - you can make it without but it may not be as moist. |

My trainer Jaquelyn Kay recommended I check out this
recipe. I am a very picky eater and struggle to find things that are nutritious that I like to eat. These muffins are wonderful! I am making my 2nd batch today and can’t wait till they are done! I am also brining some into work for co-workers to try, they are giving me a hard time about eating clean. I want to show them you can still have taste when eating clean. |

Does anyone have a suggestion on a substitute for the 3
egg white? Think canola oil would be ok? |

Meat Muffins... it never even occured to me that those
words could go together. Between this and the baked protein bars, Im going to be growing some serious muscle fibers. |

am cooking them now, they smell awesome. took me 5 mins
to throw together. used hot pepper and hot sauce in
place of a few of the spices. i halfed the recipe bc i
only boguht1 pack of meat 99% fat free turkey breast.
my stats came out to 108 cals, 4g carb, 18g protein,
made 8 balls (muffins) LOL. guess depends on the type
of meat and size of the muffins
again right now, but adding mushrooms this time,
because I love mushrooms, lol!!! thanks for the killer
recipe!!!
getting them out of the oven, the hubby snagged them.
He is super picky, and really liked these. Thanks!
mean, (not really Mean), before you know it!!! Thanks
for the recipe!
celery. They are so delicious! Thank you so much for
the recipe!
eating easy & tasty!!!!
Germany, so what can I use?
added carrots and fresh jalapenos. Mmmmm! They were
SOOO good! Thanks Jamie!
extra stalk of celery - they came out very nice ^^
Thank you soooo much for the recipe!
The only
thing is it's quite spicy if eaten on their own, but
with some veggies it's fine <3
cauliflower or other veggies to change it up. Easy to
make, easy to take, and enjoyable to eat! You've got
to try them.
of bison for one batch and another lb for turkey
breast. I thought it came out awfully dry
unfortunately, but it did have a good flavor. I am
trying them again with bison but I am adding olive oil
to the batch. I'll see how these come out. Thank you
for the simple and tasty recipe! I love how easy and
portable it is.
ingredients turkey patties and i will grill them i hope
that doesn't make the tasty bad!
make. Can't wait to try your recipe tonight for dinner.
Yummy!!
to throw in my menu rotation! Thank you so much for
the recipe!
sauce on top before baking. They have a nice kick.
Filling and satisfying.
bland. These Turkey Meatloaf Muffins are 100X better.
I just add a hand full of ground flax seed to give them
some extra fiber and Omega-3s. Do you think it would
be ok to do a half lean ground beef and half lean
ground turkey or do you think that would make it gross?
I'm trying to add some red meat into my diet to "bulk
up". Thanks again for the recipe!
see how they turn out and maybe substitute bison next
time!
