lifting. I like how he does 1/2 reps right where the
muscle is strongest. I see how Ron Coleman does the
same type of training. It seems to keep constant
tension without stressing the tendons which is a prob i
have had in past with injuries. Gonna try the 1/2 reps
with squats, calves, shoulders, etc: dave z ,
