Great intense workout. Really feel the burn up to 72
hours and desired exhaustion directly after. Looking
forward to a Quantum ab workout.

This is nothing new. It is high rep super setting. It
will definitely burn the calories, but this has been
around a long time. Watch the video and notice there
are not a lot of leg shots as neither of the guys in
the video have great legs. Looks like a good marketing
campaign to me.

I have been training for over 14 years and have done
some very intense leg workouts, but I have never done a
workout like this before. The pump was insane and the
physical and mental fatigue was almost unbearable. If
you are looking for something totally different, this
is it.

Robert, you are such an inspiration to me! I love these
videos and am always checking back on BB.com for
updates on the Quantum Body Method. Keep up the great
work, I'm loving doing these workouts at the gym!!!

Robert explains his methodology clearly and this type
of routine is a real MENTAL challenge as we know focus
declines with volume based routines. that is not to
minimize the real physical punishment this method
dishes out. Im sure it generates results if you can
complete it and have time to properly recover.

ErgoGenix Quantum Body Method: Quads & Hamstrings
Rating (12 votes):
Added: August 25, 2010
Description:
Episode #4 of the Quantum Body Method. Everyone's favorite day starts with the familiar pyramid set of leg extensions. After another set of leg press using the same scheme, a new technique is introduced: the suicide or rest pause set, and it's time to go big. You can bet you're going to see the "Foster" face after that one. Robert stresses good setup and form on a superset of hack squats and dumbbell squats. Hams are hammered with a cavalcade of seated leg curls with partial reps, step back lunges, lying leg curls, and stiff legged deadlifts. Leg adductors with partial reps are utilized to get that three dimensional development.
