After another set of leg press using the same scheme, a new technique is introduced: the suicide or rest pause set, and it's time to go big. You can bet you're going to see the "Foster" face after that one. Robert stresses good setup and form on a superset of hack squats and dumbbell squats. Hams are hammered with a cavalcade of seated leg curls with partial reps, step back lunges, lying leg curls, and stiff legged deadlifts. Leg adductors with partial reps are utilized to get that three dimensional development.

around a long time. Watch the video and notice there
are not a lot of leg shots as neither of the guys in
the video have great legs. Looks like a good marketing
campaign to me.

physical and mental fatigue was almost unbearable. If

of routine is a real MENTAL challenge as we know focus
declines with volume based routines. that is not to
minimize the real physical punishment this method
dishes out. Im sure it generates results if you can
complete it and have time to properly recover.
