I think that back training goes great with rear delt training in terms of upper back. As for straps: you can get big forearms while training with them, it's not as if people just go limp-fingered once they're on. They pull bigger weights and probably end up gripping with the same intensity anyway.
some people just dot get that forearms its just not same bodytype with everyoe. I have noted for a fact that people develope a little it different in the un-pumped appearance . but when pumped everyone should look mo or less the same if they are in parr.
