10years and I probally am at my best shape now am
bigger more ripped and am learning that resting is part
of that .I have never wrote down my workouts and have
never set a routine of the days I should workout each
of my body part.I might train 4 days out of the week
take a day off in those 4days might train 3days take
3days off .Might train 4days and take 4days off but the
key is I always take in my supplements and take my
protien intake in those times off and there is
diffently growth.
harder you work, the more weight you use, the more time
required for the cycle to be complete. I make sure that
I have time off from my mourning workout Friday
mourning until my next workout on Monday mourning.
Monday workouts are my strongest. I also take extra
time off when I finish one routine and before I start
another routine.
