So glad to see that Ava is back.
Interesting that
Ava went from acting, which is a very subject type of
employment to bodybuilding which is judged very
subjectively. That subjectivity is not my cup of tea
but those who push the envelope and compete are surely
an inspiration to all of us non-competitors.

I had no idea Ava Cowan attended the Fitness Institute.
If she graduated from there, she definitely knows her
stuff! I admire her desire and drive to succeed and
accomplish her goals.
