Great Video - thank you so much!! You look amazing. Any
tips with regards to supplementation? I take a multi,
fishoil, flax, glutamine and whey daily..how about
BCAAs?

Not a big fan of overly muscluar women, but Ava def has
a better look than the mass monsters. She is very
remeniscent of Racheal Miclish.

I am 50 years old! I am in good shape and love to work
out. Struggle however, with building up that muscle to
me meet that looser skin in all areas. Diet pretty darn
good. I need some recommendation on better eating,
supplements, and get rid of that back and belly fat.
No matter how hard I work it does not go away. Please
Advise.

Description:
Ava follows a strict protocol of heavy lifting to build quality, dense mass but recommends a few light warm up sets especially for injury prone body parts like the shoulders. A strong mind-muscle connection results in better muscle activation, and this proves effective for both shoulders and biceps. Strict form and multiple angles are called for on triceps, while the Freemotion machine and incline dumbbell movements target upper chest.
