I can give people a better tip : A fenugreek bottle of
few capsules it is way TOO EXPENSIVE. I buy the
fenugreek at the Central Market for just $ 2.50 the
lb. 454 grams for just $ 2.50 . You can't beat that
!!!. Capsules usually come in mgs, that is a mg is the
thousandth part of a gram. Companies are making a big
rip off of people
