just follow the workout and not Diet?
you don't like hack squats just do squats. As long as
it is a compound squat type movement for legs what's
the difference? Instead of 2 leg curl movements I
like one and either glute-ham raises and SLDL for
hamstrings...

quads developing.
By the way why hack squats are
advised and not squats? Hack-squats didn't worked well
with me, did not feel enough pressure on quads
carbs with after my workout?
