Do you exercise at all on rest days like swimming

Why be confused? You can do volume training (get the
pump) or you can train to a higher intensity. The
higher the intensity, the more days off you need
between workouts. High volume, training to the last rep
with good form works. Training to total failure with
more days off between workouts works. Both systems are
subject to over training.Non-natural, chemically
enhanced folks can train more often. If you are
plateaued,you may well be training to often. Back off
one training day a week and see what happens. Remember,
diet, exercise, recovery, repair, growth. They all
gotta be there or you are just breaking sweat and
burning calories.
