Just wondering Kai seems to do reps at faster tempo,
looks a little uncontrolled. Seems to contradict his
advice?

sweeeeet, this is the first of this series ive seen.

squeeze it, squeeze it, squeeze my finger! That is what
I am talking about. It's all about form, not the
weights. I loved Kai focus and how he talks to himself
to understand why he is doing what he is doing to tell
his brain and muscles who is in charge.

Description:
On location at Brooklyn's 5th Avenue Gym, where the aura of nostalgia is palpable, Kai's returned to home base where he jumps right in to warming up with New Jersey police officer Mike Juliano. Himself a former athlete, Mike's intentions are not of the bodybuilding stage, but to keep himself one step ahead of the street-hardened east coast criminal, where physical conditioning means survival. Today, he's come to the right place as Kai commands him through a ballistic sortie of seated and upright row supersets. Mike digs in hard, the warlock of bodybuilding and his red-hooded visage always nearby, tutoring, crafting another volume of mind-body magic.
