Description:
It's time to find out how an experienced super heavyweight competitor handles a full-scale leg assailment a la Kai, shot at the storied Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym nonetheless. Big guys training legs at the East Coast Mecca? This calculated arrangement seems only natural, ideal for capturing that signature flavor at the mid-point of the series. The candidate is rising NPC contender Nick Trigili, whose been making waves of his own with a 6th place finish at the 2011 Jr. Nationals, ready to take on more. During a typical engaging warm up, Kai recommends using this time not only as a precursor to physical activity, but to prepare the mind to work concurrently. Nick imbibes the wisdom, having learned the ropes on his own without the aid of an experienced mentor. Again, things begin with an unconventional but versatile move; this time it's Jefferson Squats, pinpointing the multiple areas of contraction. Those familiar with the previous series will recognize the next beast - the glute/ham press on the leg curl, where Kai takes the opportunity to rectify Nick's focus, gauging his fortitude for the bulk of the workout.

reason this man placed third at the Big O show.....He
will have his era...and its coming soon. VIVA LA KAII!
audio to listen to at the gym.
definately the cerebral assassin. His movements key in
on theuscle at hand and you can tell than unless you're
used to that kind of workout, you're going to be
feeling it right from the start. I hope dude can
finish the workout.
one of these big dudes are getting their asses kicked
by Kai's intensity and forced mind/muscle
concentration. The cop was able to keep up until his
wrist strength gave out (happened on my last back
workout... it's a bitch when it happens and there
aren't straps around) but it's a grimacing experience
watching the other two dudes in this series go through
this.
Time to reevaluate your conditioning and
actual level of fitness bros. Like the cop said, "Be
prepared." when you jump into Kai's arena.
from just thinking about he makes it look easy i have
tried and it is not
well done kai at the
olympia :)
Nick because he is one of the up coming bodybuilders.
It's great to watch Kai because during these videos I
have been able to learn some new routines and
understand the importance of the squeeze in my
workouts, especially with glutes and hips.
