My first day of starting the programme just done legs
in the gym ... 20 mins of cardio to do soon then day 1
complete ... Feeling good !!! Good luck everyone x

Hi there, I'm vegan. Can you suggest me replacement
food for meat, milk and soya. Bucause I take soya meal
makers as my staple food for protein.

Restarting this program once again. Completed it once a
year ago. Had to stop my last few times through due to
sickness or injuries. Keeping fingers crossed this
time. Looking fwd to some amazing results!!!

starting tomorrow on this transformation. Hopefully I
can follow through all the way this time. The hardest
thing for me is going to be food since of my college
schedule and limited money.

Starting my lifestyle change today...12 weeks from now
we will see if following every stricture of this
program produces the results I am looking for. I
weighed in at 249 this morning. I have all my
measurements taken and I am ready to destroy my legs
tonight. The Journey of the Dedicated has begun!

No dairy!!!??? Milk is my main source of casein
protein!! I'll do an extra 15 minutes on the bike to
