now that we are taking lactose out of the equation what
will that do to your body after your done the workout? will this put my body into a shock and gain weight/body fat faster? i know with the adkins diet people who started to eat carbs again gained weight very fast, will this also happen? also when were done witht the twelve week training program will you need to stay as hardcore in the gym to sustain this fasique? my main concern with all of this is gaining body fat faster. thank you and hope to hear from you soon |

can you give more clear advice on the supplements? I'm
not sure what to buy and when to take. I have seen a few of your videos with other supplements mentioned that are not listed on the recommended stacks on BB.com. I am committed to following this 100% and don't want to improvise the plan! |

I'm still confused on how much Xtend should be used on
the Gallon of water. I've seen him carry his gallon of water with his Xtend, but I doubt he uses 12scoops of Xtend a day on his 1 Gal of water in order to follow the formula to water ratio as instructed in the Xtend label. |

The video provides very useful information. Anyway, I
just don't like the idea of not having diary (fat free cottage, organic soy milk), or fruits (apple, berries, peach) which are good for mini meals. I will try combinning Kris 12 week workouts with Labrada nutrition. |

confused when to take each one as morning, pre workout and post work out. And what to mix togather for pre workout and post workout. |

and away from a serious lifting routine for 5 or 6
years makes me a Nervous, but I am going to get into

program first due to having some muscle injuries from
being a full time practicing Martial Artist in my right
calf and left hamstring and also having some high
blood pressure issues as well. I have started a basic
supplement program and so far I'm doing good with them,
but it's all about research. just have to make sure

weeks, thought it was amazing but then traveled on the
5th week, was stressed at work and totally failed after
that.
I was getting phenomenal results in just
4 weeks. This time I am committed to consistency - for
the whole 12 weeks.

supplements for week 1. I can pick those up at the
Vitamin Store.
I like that you sent this to
me, Bit-size pieces to start the workout
hit this thing hard, but all this supplements get
pretty expensive added up. I'm going with jut ore
workout, post workout, and minerals. Even though I dot
have the testosterone booster and the other supplements
can I still transform my body?
I already did my diet and lost alot of weight, all I
have is some side fats that I want to remove, and I
wanna build some muscle, is it really necessary to take
all those supplements? I am already taking multi
vitamin and post workout shake, thnx.

Finished my legs earlier, went hard.
First time I did a day dedicated to legs. They're
pretty sore, not as sore as I thought they would be.
Looking forward to chest and tri's tomorrow.
