Its day 1 for me and im excited. Hadmy breakfast and
supplements this morning. Gonna do my 20 min workout in

No dairy!!!??? Milk is my main source of casein
protein!! I'll do an extra 15 minutes on the bike to
make up for lactose. f that lol

Right now financially I cannot afford too many

excellent video so that is why we cant have dairy
and auger i don't like sweeteners in my coffee or
black so i will just quit the tea and coffee all
together best way

this is a very intimadating program, being 40 years old
and away from a serious lifting routine for 5 or 6
years makes me a Nervous, but I am going to get into
this. I am going to do a bit more reserch into your
program first due to having some muscle injuries from
being a full time practicing Martial Artist in my right
calf and left hamstring and also having some high
blood pressure issues as well. I have started a basic
supplement program and so far I'm doing good with them,
but it's all about research. just have to make sure
what I'm putting into my body is safe. Thank you for
the video and for being such a great insperation. I
hope I can travel upon this journey with you.

Can't wait to get back into this. I started this
around September last year, nailed it for the first 4
weeks, thought it was amazing but then traveled on the
5th week, was stressed at work and totally failed after
that.

I was getting phenomenal results in just
4 weeks. This time I am committed to consistency - for
the whole 12 weeks.

Nice surprise video. It is Thursday Aug 9 and plan to
start on Monday Aug 13. I am Glad you have the bare min
supplements for week 1. I can pick those up at the

Hey so I'm barely getting started on this and I wanna
hit this thing hard, but all this supplements get
pretty expensive added up. I'm going with jut ore
workout, post workout, and minerals. Even though I dot
have the testosterone booster and the other supplements
can I still transform my body?

Hi, i'm just a 19yr old and before I found this program
I already did my diet and lost alot of weight, all I
have is some side fats that I want to remove, and I
wanna build some muscle, is it really necessary to take
all those supplements? I am already taking multi
vitamin and post workout shake, thnx.

Week 1, Day 1.
Finished my legs earlier, went hard.
First time I did a day dedicated to legs. They're
pretty sore, not as sore as I thought they would be.
Looking forward to chest and tri's tomorrow.
