people forget that women have 2
gp thru hell too for contest prep
and that they
lift as hard if not harder then most men
what women have to do to prepare for a competition.
And people like diesel0222 really upset me. Women can
be just as strong if not stronger then men naturally.
I know I lift just as much as most of the guys in my
gym and I'm not, nor have I ever, been on any kind of
roid. God made our bodies to be capable of amazing
things and you can tell just looking at Isabel that
it's all natural HARD WORK!
