A calorie is a calorie. Your body will use it as
needed. 200 gr. of protein is 800 calories. Eat a very
high protein/ very low carb diet and you will be
spending a lot more money for your energy source. I did
it, wish I had some of the wasted money back. Stay away
from simple carbs (sugar), eat a balanced diet with
plenty of protein.Know how many calories you eat and
how many calories you burn and you can sculpt your
body.
