I had the great honor of attending Mr. Lalanne's
service a few of months ago. It was a wonderful
service. Joe Weider, Mr Schwarzenegger , Lou Ferrigno,
Richard Simmons were all there. They showed exerpts
his exercise show and several of his his superhuman
I honor his legacy and memory by
continually striving to improve my life in and out of
the gym

My uncle, who had been a California resident since his
service in WWII, introduced me to Jack Lalanne's TV
show while I was in California doing my military
service in the mid 1960's.

My uncle was a
bodybuilder and BIG on diet. He had a Jack Lalanne
juicer. My uncle drank so much carrot juice that his
skin turned orange. My aunt just shook her

Jack was a great motivator and had more
energy than a toy terrier. "Get off the couch and get
active." Boy, as a nation, we sure need that message
