Kris, milk used to be a big part of my nutrition plan
and really helped me stack up. I drank tons each day
and it really helped me achieve my objectives. As i
have aged I have become lactose intolerant. Can you
recommend protein supps that are as efficient as these
you have mentioned in the video but are lactose free.


Also could you recommend a good substitute
for milk other than soy milk? Soy inhibits testosterone
absorption so have tried to stay clear of it. Any
suggestions...Thanks for the great work you are doing
here.
