Hi Jamie thanks for the at home workout. Because there
are days that I can't make it to the gym, due to work
and school. So this will be perfect for me. I also
wanted to know how many sets of each exercise I need to
do to get the maximum performance and to meet my goal.
Another thing I wanted to know is where can I find the
meal plan. I searched the Bodybuilding website and was
not able to locate it. Thanks!

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for adding a workout out plan
that can be used at home. I understand this program
was developed with the idea that someone may be
traveling or for some reason can't make it to the gym.
I was wondering can the push/pull workout plan be used
as a a sole plan at home, for some one like me who
don't have a gym membership? If so, how many sets of
the exercises should I complete for it to be effective
toward obtaining my goals? Thanks in advance for your
