Very informative. The carb cycling is new to me,
though. I use the MyFitnessPal.com to track the calorie
counts and was happy to find the recipes from the
program on the tracker. Good luck to everyone. Starting
week 8.

I have a question about the peanut butter I love peanut
butter so I tried looking for a really good quality
natural type that isnt to spendy and I found one called
naturally more and it has omega-3 fatty acids, flax
seeds, flax seed oil, wheat germ, egg whites, peanuts,
about 2 grams of sugar, 10 grams protein, and 160
calories for 2 Tbs. and I was wondering if I can have
that and still be sticking to the program? Thanx for
the program I love it and its got me super motivated!
