Can anyone get me the link to the nutrition plan? I'm
on the 6th week and have not missed any days. No weight
loss. Smh

My first try was a failure so I had my wife do these.
Thye turned out better. I used all natural peanut
butter to replace the yogart and cottage chees. Yeah
cannot stand those two things. They have helped a lot
to help put a little something different tasting
instead of the blandness. Still good to go. Thanks for
the recipe Kris!!
