Just finished my 12th week and down from 232lbs to 198!
Actually started in Oct 2011 and was then 255lbs.
Wanted to hopefully use the Opt Challenge as a way to
accelerate my progress and it did all of that. Orig
goal was and still is 12% BF. Currently 22% down from
35. Thanks Jaquelyn for the tips to continue! Need to
take to a whole new level.!!!FIred up!!!
